• Screening the candidates before referring to clients to make sure only suitable candidates who satisfy the required criteria appear for the interview. This would work in two ways; firstly, clients would be happy as they don’t have to spend their quality time with unsuitable and unmatched candidates and secondly, this would create our goodwill

• Process the short-listed profiles & constantly assist Client with their preference

• Our tests and interviews are customized so that the candidates short-listed have the required aptitude and attitude for the job

• We aim to lay a foundation towards building a lasting relationship between the employer and employee. Every effort is made to make sure the candidate fits for the vacant position. Various sources like, written or online test, telephonic or preliminary interview etc. Are conducted to find the competency of candidates

• We also offer customized recruitment processes, based on the client's requirements and also place advertisements on the client’s behalf if required

• Check Candidate on factors like stability, adaptability, organizational culture

• Follow up and ensure Candidate joins the employer on joining date given by employer. Keep in constant touch with both candidate and client to ensure they have a mutually beneficial and long lasting relationship
