Various sources like, written or online test, telephonic or preliminary interview etc. Are conducted to find the competency of candidates

  • We also offer customized recruitment processes, based on the client's requirements and also place advertisements on the client’s behalf if required

  • Check Candidate on factors like stability, adaptability, organizational culture

  • Follow up and ensure Candidate joins the employer on joining date given by employer. Keep in constant touch with both candidate and client to ensure they have a mutually beneficial and long lasting relationship
